What We Do

We run interactive experiences for groups of all ages called “Missions”. Our missions are set aboard our two starship simulators, Apollo and Artemis: fully realized sets designed to look and feel like the bridge of an actual spaceship! You, and up to 15 people, collectively serve as the command crew of the vessel, completing interactive stories where the choices you make dictate the outcome. Expect excitement and adventure as you and your party explore the universe in an immersive environment built around you and your team.

Missions

Every time you fly at Lion’s Gate Space Center, you complete a entirely new story! Missions adapt to the decisions you make, meaning no two missions are ever quite the same. Our missions cover a wide range of genres, so there is a story fit for everyone!

Positions

Every member of the crew has a job unique to them. You could be the Captain, large and in-charge. Maybe you’re the Pilot, flying the ship with just a bit of show-boating. Or maybe the Engineer, fixing the ship when the Pilot inevitably crashes. Every mission is a new opportunity to explore what the Space Center has to offer from a whole new angle!

Characters

Many missions involve meeting and speaking with people. Our actors play scientists, pirates and everything in-between, all to make your experience that much better. From the actors, to the positions, to the stories themselves, Lion’s Gate Space Center leverages everything at our disposal to make your experience the best it can be!

Crew Members Using Science

And More!

During the school year, we run education-based missions for the students of Lakeview Academy. These special missions incorporate the curriculum students learn in the classroom directly into the stories they fly! You can learn more about our educational endeavors here.

Every member of our team grew up as crew members and campers. Being able to create that same experience for our crews is what drives us. We know what the Space Center can do, and we want everyone to be able to experience that feeling for themselves. In short…

We do it because we love it, and we think you’ll love it too!
